I have always wanted to live in northern Michigan and in 2009 my husband and I moved here.   Lake Michigan and all its moods captured me. The woods, hills, lakes and sand all work their way into my projects.  Those many moods add a visual palette of colors to my designs and I am happy to now call northern Michigan home and help others create their dream home.

When I was in college, my parents were building their “dream” home and I made countless trips with them to the design center in Chicago to look at and make all their decisions about their new home.  I was bitten by the design bug and took every class I could in college to learn more about this field.  I love art and ended up with a degree in art history and a minor in studio art.  Ever since I have been helping both friends and family decorate and design their homes.

Here in Michigan, my clients  mostly live elsewhere and so I share through texts, instagram and computer to complete their new “nests” up here.  Lake Michigan is the star and many places reflect the blue of the lake and sky as well as our native foliage. I forge close relationships  with my clients, and  work passionately to complete  projects whether contemporary or traditional, I make sure that each detail will work to incorporate  their vision. I believe open communication is key and strive to be transparent in every way. Creativity and attention to detail help to make your projects successful.
